LM Consult International is the firm of Liesl Muench.

Liesl (Elisabeth) Muench is a consultant with over 25 years' experience in Development Cooperation and Technical Assistance in over 20 countries. She has developed, evaluated, lead, managed and supported a wide range of very different projects and was working inter-alia for the European Union (EC), the German International Cooperation (GIZ), the Kreditanstalt für Wiederaufbau (KfW); the Asian Development Bank (ADB), the International Finance Corporation (IFC), the Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC), the Swiss Development Cooperation (SDC), and the International Labour Organisation (ILO) and various international consulting firms.

Since 2006, she has her own consulting firm, which is registered in Munich, Germany.
